Little miss Ruby was such a doll and I loved every single detail about this party. My favorite detail was the cake by The Sweetside. Best Mexican chocolate cake EVER! Oh my gosh, it’s hard to explain how delicious it was. The best. Thanks to the Manke family for including me in Ruby’s memories and making every click of my shutter absolutely wonderful!

More from Megan: “After deciding on such a such a fun theme, I became obsessed and went Pinterest crazy with details. My family even joked about me planning a mini wedding! From the taco cookie bar to the vintage reclaimed high chair I re-painted, I wanted her party to be extra special. I splurged on somethings and went budget friendly on others. Ruby’s flower crown was from Sweet Mimi Studio and mine was $5.00 from Target. Her shoes are from an amazing company called Filanthropik: Threads of Humanity. The “yay” backdrop was made out of $1.00 vinyl table cloths. The “R” for Ruby on the bar and high chair decorations were made from silk flowers provided by Sweet Life. I made the sombrero and cacti sugar cookies. They were flavored with different flavored jellos (watermelon, peach, lime & pineapple) I just made them ahead of time and froze them. My mom made the seven layer dip cups which paired perfectly with the local tortilla factory’s homemade chips in guest ready bags. Most of all the beer-ritas and homemade cactus cupcakes were a hit! Just like the piñata, my heart exploded with happiness that day! Thanks to everyone who made her day so beautiful! This party was definitely a labor of love and the turnout of friends and family reaffirmed she is one loved little lady. We are so blessed!”
